So you say you're planning a trip to Kalamazoo this summer? So you say you want to know how far away that is? Just try out this handy-dandy JAVA applet! All you have to do once you get into it is bring up either the map of the world or the good ol' US of A, and tell the program where you want to start and where you will end. Then, hit "calculate", and it will tell you the longitude, latitude, and distance in miles and kilometers. This thing really is awesome!
